We’re not just one of Glasgow’s leading independent mortgage advisors, we’re your personal price comparison site. We’re not here to sell you any particular product, just to make sure you get the right mortgage –and the right home – for you.

Process

We know every person who comes through our doors is unique, and they’ll have their own individual goals and needs. They need an individual mortgage to match. This is how we do it.

Stage one: Set your goals

We’ll sit down and we will help you to identify what you want to achieve and how you’re going to achieve it.

Stage two: Getting the right information

We will ask you to bring along information relating to your assets and liabilities as well as your income and expenditure.

Stage three: Develop the plan

Once your current position has been established and an understanding of your goals and objectives have been achieved and agreed upon, we’ll research the whole mortgage market and provide you with a bespoke recommendation meeting your unique needs.

Stage four: Implement the plan

No-one taught you how to do this at school, so we’ll do it for you, submitting applications on your behalf to lenders and providers and taking care of everything to get you through to the final stage of a mortgage offer.

Upfront fees - no nasty surprises!

In order to stay independent we do need to charge for our services – but remember the right mortgage could save you hundreds of pounds every year.

Depending on the complexity of your mortgage application we have two fee levels. We’ll confirm with you at our first meeting which category you are classed as before you decide to work with us.
Standard Mortgage £300
Complex Mortgages £500
Example of more complex mortgage cases include: debt consolidation applications, clients with historic credit issues, portfolio landlords and cases where multiple applications are submitted.

Fees are payable on offer.

If we receive any commission from the lender this information will be provided to you.

Please note that if we have carried out our research, made a recommendation and your mortgage application has been submitted, however your mortgage does not proceed to the offer stage, for any reason, you will receive no refund of your fee.

Our fee for all equity release cases is £750 and this fee is payable once the offer has been issued. We may receive a commission from the lender and if do this information will be provided to you.
